Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind or preference. All sales are final, and refunds are only available in cases where the item received is faulty or damaged upon arrival. Exchanges

We understand that there may be occasions where you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color. In such cases, we offer exchanges of equal or lesser value within 7 days of delivery. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team within the specified timeframe. Please ensure that the item(s) being exchanged are in their original condition, unworn, and free from any signs of damage or alteration. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Credit Note

For customers who prefer not to make an immediate exchange, we also provide the option of a credit note. The credit note will be issued for the value of the returned item(s) and will be valid for one year from the date of issue. You can use the credit note towards future purchases on our website.
